What size and format should my Welcome Screen be ?

We recommend a size of 500 x 1000 pixels for all Welcome Screen, Foreground and Background images.

This size will ensure that the Engagement fits most Smartphone screen sizes. Remember that based on screen size, what the users see can be cropped. The buffer zones up and down the image indicate this effect : make sure no important element is situated in those areas, as it coul be hidden on certain devices.

The preferred format is PNG, especially if you are using transparency. You can also use JPG.
