Text Engagement : common issues and how to fix them


Here are a couple of frequent questions on Text engagements and their answers to fix your campaign. 

The text position doesn't fit my background




This is often due to a default Text Box setting. To change it, go to your Engagement, Section 3. Text Location. 



From there, reposition the text Box by dragging and dropping the corners where appropriate :



In the preview, you can check if the text position fits better : 



Save your changes and try your Engagement : you're all set ! 


The text is on a single line and gets smaller as the number of character increases



This is often due to a Setting in Line Breaking. To change it, go to your Engagement, Section 4. Text Input. 



Click on more options, and verify if Line Breaking is allowed in the lower right corner. If it's not, check the box, save your changes and try your Engagement again.
